lucy loves... Strictly

So I cannot believe it's taken me six weeks to write this post. I think it's mainly as when I haven't been designing, making or blogging about stationery, I've been watching Strictly (or It Take's Two)!

I love it. And Amy loves it as well. Possibly even more than me! The dancing, the glitter, the singing, the dresses. It's just fab-u-lous!

Last year Amy and our mum got to go to one of the live shows. It was one of the opening shows where the legendary lift took place in the Lisa Riley and Robin Windsor Cha Cha Cha - where Lisa caught Robin - apparently the energy in the room was electric and standing ovations all round. They confirmed it is even more exciting watching it live, with the celebs and professional dancers just metres away. Although they did also say the studio is much smaller in real life.

Every year it's brilliant and then with every new round of celebs, it gets even better. I also think the professional dances have gone up to an even higher notch. This year we are loving...

• Sophie & Brendan's Charleston
• The lovely Kevin from Grimsby - he's definitely a keeper for next year!
• The fact that Anton has lasted so long!
• Even Dave and his hilarious attempts at dancing
• And of course Ben Cohen and his rather dashing physique (he was Amy's school girl crush so as you can imagine she is loving it and him even more!)
• Well everything really!

I have to say that I think Abbey is doing incredibly as she hasn't ever danced before. I also think Ashley and Patrick are doing brilliantly. And although Natalie is absolutely beautiful to watch, I do love a journey.

As for my favourites to win, well I know Amy would say Ben but I would probably say Abbey or Ashley. Or maybe Sophie. Or Susannah. I just don't know. I love them all and do you know what, as long as it continues, I do not mind!

Also how fab is Zoe on It Take's Two? I didn't think anyone could come close to Claudia but I actually love her even more. So funny and I love that every day, her outfit has sequins on there somewhere. I love a Wednesday Warm Up, the costume segment and of course the Friday panel. Also how lovely is it to see some of the old pros - Ian Waite and Karen Hardy. Also we've had Natalie, Flavia and Vincent this series. A-ma-zing.
