lucy loves... The Oscars

Don't get me wrong I love watching a good old movie but when it comes to award season, what I love most are the dresses! Below are a few of my faves from the Oscars...

Reese's daughter Ava apparently picked out this dress, which in cobalt blue colour, is on trend. I love the way it flatters her curves and I am also loving her hair - stunning.

I just love all the detail on this sheer black gown. May be too much for some, but I think its stunning. I love the way Sandra has kept her hair simple as the dress does all the talking!

There were a lot of nudes and blush colours on the red carpet but there is something about Amanda Seyfried's dress I really love. Although there is a lot of detail, I think it is beautifully subtle. I also think the unusual shape of the neckline makes it stand out amongst a sea of pretty dresses.

I couldn't do an Oscar post without mentioning the lady of the moment, Best Actress Winner Jennifer Lawrence! And of course this amazing Dior Haute Couture struck a chord with me, its quite wedding dress like and we all know how much I love weddings!
